My name is Soraya, originally Belgian with an Algerian background. I moved to Toronto 7 years ago.

I'm a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, driven by a passion for helping people transform not just their bodies but their entire lives.

I have been training in the gym for over 9 years while working a corporate job.

In 2020, I left the corporate world to help high-achieving executives revamp their health, sculpt world-class bodies and achieve peak performance.

As I climbed the corporate ladder, I noticed that the higher I went, the busier and unhealthier I became.

I realized that sacrificing my health for my job wasn't the right path and decided to make fitness and nutrition a priority.

I embraced the gym, restructured my diet, and experienced an incredible transformation, both physically and mentally. 

I had more energy, felt more confident, looked better, felt stronger and LIVED BETTER. Everyday tasks like carrying groceries or climbing stairs became easier. 

Prioritising my health became a game-changer.

My nutrition journey began when my mother's conventional treatments for an auto-immune disease failed. Witnessing her miraculous recovery through dietary changes, I saw the profound impact of food on healthβ€” an insight no doctor had provided.

That + my coworkers' widespread health struggles, I obtained certifications and began part-time coaching. 4 years later, I've assisted hundreds of high achievers in transforming their lives.
